Cancellation Policy

At Travlix (Azam Hitech Services Private Limited), we believe in fostering long-term relationships with our clients and hence maintain a flexible cancellation/termination policy under the following conditions:

• Cancellations will be considered only if the request is made within 24 hours of placing an order. However, cancellation requests will not be entertained once the order has been communicated to the execution team for processing.
• Payments once received will not be refunded under any circumstances, even if a cancellation request is placed within 24 hours. However, the payment amount can be adjusted against other services or a future order, within the next 90 days.
• If you find that any product/service received is not up to the mark or does not meet the expectations set forth on our website, you may notify our customer service team within 12 hours of receiving the product. Our customer service team will take prompt action to rectify any issues and improve the service provided.
• No cancellations are allowed for products/services availed during promotional offers or on special occasions/events such as Month-End Offers, Diwali, Halloween, Christmas, New Year, etc.
• For API's purchases: Once your API's account is created, and credentials are sent to you via email the amount will not be refunded under any circumstances.

Refund Policy

Travlix does not offer a money-back policy for any products or services. Once a purchase or subscription is made, no refunds will be processed. However, if there are any errors with the product or service, they can be rectified if reported within 12 hours of receipt.

This policy ensures that we maintain clarity and transparency in all transactions while providing flexibility for future adjustments.
